User Data Deletion

Decentralized Music Technology, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your right to control your personal information. This page explains how you can request the deletion of data associated with your account on Always Human Music and any related websites, applications, tools, and services (collectively, the "Service"), including data obtained when you sign in using Google, Facebook, or other third-party login providers.

1. What Data This Covers

When you sign in to the Service using Google or Facebook, we may receive basic profile information, such as your name, email address, and a unique account identifier. We may also store data you create or save while using the Service, such as account settings and your saved compositions.

2. How to Request Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and associated data using either of the following methods:

1. Email request: Send an email to privacy@alwayshuman.music from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include any username or identifier that will help us locate your account.
2. Remove the app on Facebook: Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, locate Always Human Music, and remove it. You may then contact us using the email above to confirm full deletion of any remaining stored data.

3. What Happens After You Request Deletion

Once we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account within a reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our agreements. We will confirm once your request has been processed.

4. Important Notes

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Saved compositions and settings tied to your account may be lost.
• We may need to verify your identity before processing your request to protect your account.
• Some de-identified or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.
