These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Always Human Music and any related websites, applications, tools, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Decentralized Music Technology, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process it solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to your User Content.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, login providers, wallets, and services that we do not control. Your use of those third parties is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts having jurisdiction.
